If it is personal, keep it private. If it is shared, sync it intentionally.
Private and shared task spaces are designed to stay clear, so you know what is yours and what belongs to your partner workflow.
TwoDo helps couples and partners manage private tasks, shared tasks, templates, reminders, and routines. This policy explains what information the app handles and how iCloud, Pair Sync, and Premium purchases work.
TwoDo does not require a separate TwoDo account and does not operate a separate server for reading your task content.

Each card below explains one part of TwoDo’s privacy model. Replace the support email and effective date before publishing.
TwoDo handles the information you create inside the app, such as tasks, subtasks, notes, due dates, templates, categories, and settings. If iCloud sync or Pair Sync is enabled, related app data may be stored and synced through Apple iCloud and CloudKit.
TwoDo does not require you to create a separate account with us. Sync and sharing rely on Apple services where applicable.
TwoDo handles app data needed to provide task management, reminders, templates, custom categories, statistics, subscriptions, and Pair Sync.
TwoDo uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to sync your data across your own devices and, when you choose Pair Sync, to share selected shared task data with your partner.
TwoDo Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment details, billing, refunds, and subscription management. TwoDo receives entitlement information from Apple so the app can unlock Premium features.
If you grant notification permission, TwoDo may schedule local task reminders on your device. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings.
TwoDo does not use your task content for third-party advertising. TwoDo does not sell your personal information. TwoDo does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Your TwoDo data remains on your device and, when sync is enabled, in your iCloud account unless you delete it, disable sync, revoke sharing access, or remove it using Apple device or iCloud controls.
Deleting tasks, templates, categories, or other items inside TwoDo may also sync those deletions through iCloud or shared spaces as applicable.
TwoDo is a general productivity app and is not specifically directed to children. It does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a separate TwoDo-operated content server.
TwoDo relies on Apple platform security, local device protections, and iCloud/CloudKit infrastructure to store and sync app data.
We may update this Privacy Policy when TwoDo changes, when legal requirements change, or when features are added or removed.
